Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the app "坂道46まとめ" (the "App") handles information. The App is developed and operated by Stephen (the "Developer", "we"). The App does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
1. Information collected
- Usage and device data – via Google Firebase Analytics: app interactions, app version, device model, OS version, country/region and an app instance identifier. Used to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- Push notification token – via Firebase Cloud Messaging, used only to deliver notifications you have allowed.
- Advertising identifier – via Google AdMob, used to show ads and measure ad performance. On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only accessed if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Without permission, non-personalized ads are shown.
- Purchase information – via RevenueCat: an anonymous user ID, subscription status and purchase history, used to unlock the ad-free subscription and restore purchases. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment card details.
- Bug reports and feedback – only when you send a report: your message, app version, device model, OS version, device name (iOS) and push notification token. These are sent to the Developer to investigate the issue.
- Votes – votes in the voting feature are stored as anonymous totals and are not linked to you.
2. Data stored on your device
Settings, favorites and subscription status are stored locally on your device. Images you choose to download are saved to your photo library with your permission and are not uploaded by the App.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

4. Your choices
- Turn off notifications in your device settings.
- Allow or deny ad tracking on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Contact us to request deletion of bug reports you have sent.
5. Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's retention settings. Bug reports are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue. Purchase records are kept as required by the app stores and RevenueCat.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

本私隱政策說明「坂道46資訊站」（日文名稱「坂道46まとめ」，下稱「本 App」）如何處理資料。本 App 由 Stephen（下稱「開發者」、「我們」）開發及營運。本 App 無需註冊帳號，我們不會要求你提供姓名、電郵或電話號碼。
1. 收集的資料
- 使用及裝置資料：透過 Google Firebase Analytics 收集 App 操作紀錄、App 版本、裝置型號、作業系統版本、國家／地區及 App 實例識別碼，用於了解使用情況及改善 App。
- 推送通知權杖：透過 Firebase Cloud Messaging，只用於傳送你已允許的通知。
- 廣告識別碼：透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告及衡量廣告成效。iOS 上只會在你於「App 追蹤透明度」提示中允許追蹤後才會存取 IDFA；未允許時只會顯示非個人化廣告。
- 購買資料：透過 RevenueCat 處理匿名用戶 ID、訂閱狀態及購買紀錄，用於解鎖去廣告訂閱及恢復購買。付款由 Apple（App Store）或 Google（Google Play）處理，我們不會取得你的信用卡資料。
- 問題回報：只在你主動提交時，傳送你的訊息、App 版本、裝置型號、系統版本、裝置名稱（iOS）及推送通知權杖給開發者，用於調查問題。
- 投票：投票功能只會儲存匿名總數，不會與你個人連結。
2. 儲存在裝置上的資料
設定、收藏及訂閱狀態儲存在你的裝置上。你下載的圖片會在你授權後儲存到相簿，本 App 不會上傳這些圖片。
3. 第三方服務
本 App 使用以下服務，各自有其私隱政策：

4. 你的選擇
- 可於裝置設定中關閉通知。
- iOS：設定 → 私隱與保安 → 追蹤，允許或拒絕廣告追蹤；Android：設定 → Google → 廣告，重設或刪除廣告 ID。
- 可於 App Store 或 Google Play 帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱。
- 如需刪除你曾提交的問題回報，請聯絡我們。
5. 資料保留
分析資料依 Firebase 的保留設定處理；問題回報只保留至問題解決所需的時間；購買紀錄依應用程式商店及 RevenueCat 的要求保留。
6. 兒童
本 App 並非為 13 歲以下兒童而設，我們不會在知情下收集兒童的個人資料。
7. 政策更新
我們可能不時更新本政策，更新內容於本頁發佈時生效。

1. 収集する情報
- 利用状況・端末情報：Google Firebase Analytics を通じて、アプリ内の操作、アプリのバージョン、端末の機種、OS のバージョン、国・地域、アプリインスタンス ID を収集します。利用状況の把握とアプリの改善に使用します。
- プッシュ通知トークン：Firebase Cloud Messaging を通じて取得し、許可された通知の配信にのみ使用します。
- 広告識別子：Google AdMob を通じて、広告の表示と効果測定に使用します。iOS では「App のトラッキング透明性」のダイアログで許可した場合にのみ広告識別子（IDFA）にアクセスします。許可しない場合はパーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。
- 購入情報：RevenueCat を通じて、匿名のユーザー ID、サブスクリプションの状態、購入履歴を取り扱い、広告非表示サブスクリプションの有効化と購入の復元に使用します。決済は Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が行い、当方がクレジットカード情報を受け取ることはありません。
- 不具合報告・フィードバック：報告を送信した場合に限り、メッセージ、アプリのバージョン、端末の機種、OS のバージョン、端末名（iOS）、プッシュ通知トークンを開発者に送信し、問題の調査に使用します。
- 投票：投票機能では匿名の集計数のみを保存し、個人とは紐付けません。
2. 端末に保存されるデータ
設定、お気に入り、サブスクリプションの状態はお使いの端末に保存されます。ダウンロードした画像は許可を得たうえで写真ライブラリに保存され、本アプリがアップロードすることはありません。
3. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下のサービスを利用しており、それぞれ独自のプライバシーポリシーがあります：

4. ユーザーの選択
- 通知は端末の設定からオフにできます。
- iOS：設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング から広告トラッキングを許可・拒否できます。Android：設定 → Google → 広告 から広告 ID をリセットまたは削除できます。
- サブスクリプションは App Store または Google Play のアカウント設定から管理・解約できます。
- 送信した不具合報告の削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせください。
5. データの保存期間
分析データは Firebase の保存期間設定に従って保持されます。不具合報告は問題の解決に必要な期間のみ保持します。購入記録はアプリストアおよび RevenueCat の要件に従って保持されます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、当方が子どもの個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。変更内容は本ページに掲載した時点で有効となります。
